Legal Hackers is a global movement of lawyers, policymakers, technologists, and academics who explore and develop creative solutions to some of the most pressing issues at the intersection of law and technology. Through local meetups, hackathons, and workshops, Legal Hackers spot issues and opportunities where technology can improve and inform the practice of law and where law, legal practice, and policy can adapt to rapidly changing technology.
We are explorers. We are doers. We are Legal Hackers.
The Stockholm Legal Hackers group was initially named Stockholm Legal Tech Meetup, but changed name when joining forces with the US based Legal Hackers groups. The pressing issues and exciting opportunities at the intersection of law and technology is better explored together. By working across borders we can create a truly global movement. The Stockholm chapter is the first Legal Hackers group established in Europe.
With a global network we are however still working locally, focusing on Swedish and Scandinavian themes. The team behind Stockholm Legal Hackers is the same team who initiated Stockholm Legal Tech Meetup.
Hope to see you on our next event!
