IXDS, Paul-Lincke-Ufer 39/40, Berlin
Hey Meetup group, we have a 2nd event planned for you this month! This time, we're kicking things off after work, and replacing coffee with beer, wine, and nibbles!
(Please note that the event will be held in German, and you can register at Eventbrite).
There is a lot of discussion and predictions around the ‘future of work’, as more organizations scramble to keep up with the changing workforce and impacts of digitalization. But as much of the public dialogue around future organizational structures and working models is coming from those in leadership and decision-making positions, are we losing sight of those who will be most affected by change: the employees?
Whether you’re a digital nomad, entrepreneur, freelancer, millennial, or senior-level worker we want you to join us on Tuesday, August 22, for an evening of open discussion around new business cultures. In partnership with BMW, we’re setting out to gain real-world insights from the German work landscape, and broaden the ‘future of work’ conversation to hear the attitudes, desires, and demands of the employees themselves. How are status symbols, values and requirements of employees changing? And what incentives will drive the workforce of the future?
We have invited a great line-up of speakers to give quick, thought-provoking PechaKucha presentations (20 slides shown for 20 seconds each), before we open ideas up to a panel discussion, and ideas sharing over nibbles and drinks.
This is an open, and free event, which will be conducted in German. Please feel welcome to invite your network, just make sure you RSVP at the Eventbrite page.
We look forward to seeing you there!
