Meeet Pavilion, Chausee Str. 86, , Berlin-Mitte
I am happy to invite you to our February Meetup, this time in a story telling format!!! If you have a tech related story under the motto "From Hero to Zero" that you would like to tell in 5 to 10 minutes, this is your chance to become a star!!!!
Please contact me directly so that I can put you on the schedule of our program.
We always hear about people's success stories and you start to think you are the only one who makes dumb-ass mistakes or has misfortune. Be comforted. On Feb 17, we will all be sharing those moments when we f*cked up, made the wrong decisions and went from very high to very low, very "in" to very "out", from hero to zero - in a heartbeat. We'll laugh and we'll cry about failing and in the end, share the wisdom learned.
Failure is unimportant. It takes courage to make a fool of yourself. Charlie Chaplin
The Bear is a monthly entertainment - storytelling. What happens? Eight random, personal true stories are picked out of a bucket and told on stage live in English or German. There's live music from Andreas Hirtler and lively audience interaction with the show's host Dyane Neiman.
If you'd like to tell a story, just toss your name in the bucket at the entrance. If your name is picked, you have 5 minutes to tell your story. Judges from the audience choose their favorite story for The Bear trophy.
You are welcome to join us with or without a story:
