---------------------------------------------City of Helsinki provides a good amount of public data as open data for anyone freely to use. All these open data sets are available at Helsinki Region Infoshare service -
www.hri.fi . HRI is regional open data portal owned by cities of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa and Kauniainen.

Helsinki Loves Developers is an open cooperation platform to promote the use of open data. You are warmly welcome to join and contribute our open meetings and the web page (http://dev.hel.fi/) with technical details. Please join these meetings and create together with us and open data our cities better places to live! You can find us every second Thursday at 3pm-6pm at Helsinki Think Company (Vuorikatu 5, Helsinki). Some of the meetings have no specific agenda but quite often there is some interesting theme with presentations and demos.

THE AGENDA ON THURSDAY 15TH OF SEPTEMBER:
AT 3 PM - 4 PM: BIGGEST CITIES ENABLING DATA-DRIVEN BUSINESS You will hear how the six biggest cities in Finland (6Aika - The Six City Strategy) have proceeded in opening up public data via open APIs. The aim is to boost the user-driven business with open data. There will also be an open call for new project applications during this autumn. More information www.6aika.fi and www.databusiness.fi .
AT 4 PM - : MYDATA 2016 - LESSONS LEARNED AND NEXT STEPS? You will hear about (or share your) experiences and ideas regarding the international MyData 2016 conference and hackathon which were organized on 31st Aug - 2nd Sept in Helsinki (http://mydata2016.org/). What are the next steps in MyData and are those somehow related to open data? Come to meet and chat with the organizers and developers!

Presentations and discussions will be held in Finnish and/or in English.
