Ilari Savola (MSc, Industrial Engineering and Management) is the Head of R&D, Design Transfer and a member of the management team at Kavo Kerr Group Finland (formerly Palodex Group Oy). He is an experienced lean practitioner with hands-on experience in leading and coaching various teams to breakthrough results with the combination of lean tools and continuous improvement mindset. He came to Kavo Kerr Group Finland in 2010 after completing his master’s thesis in the field of lean management. Since joining the team he has worked in various roles and organisations within the global Kavo Kerr Group and has led, facilitated and coached numerous successful lean initiatives across the organization.
