Shareholders' Agreement and Team Building

Have you thought about what kind of contracts you shall make before you register a company with your co-founder/s? How do you divide the share? For how long should this contract last? What if someone from your team leaves the company before the contract ends? Can you modify the contract and how, if things don't go the way you agreed? This workshop is organized to help you understand all these and more “what if” situations related to the shareholders’ agreement and team building. We are looking for active discussions, so you are welcome to bring your own questions. This workshop is worth 300 euros but it is free of charge for NewCo's customers. In case you cannot make it, please make sure you cancel your participation, so others can take your place. Workshop language is in English, welcome!
