Tools for the coach: how to use physical exercises in coaching?
Coaching is about helping the coachee to set motivating targets for himself. Finding out what is motivating might be troublesome. Sometimes the coachee knows where he is but can't see where he wants to go. Or he has options of what to do but can't figure out which one is the best alternative for him to choose. In these cases it might help to use physical exercises instead of asking questions.
This session is about introducing and trying out some basic exercises to help the coachee in creating the motivating target for himself.
