This workshop is for anyone interested in user experience design, especially those who are working in digital services or wish to develop a career in this exciting industry.

Participating in this workshop, you will learn about how to plan and deliver great user experience through theories and hands-on exercises. This will cover a wide range of topics such as discovering motivations of target audience, measuring user expectations and needs, prototyping, testing MVPs, etc. The focus will be to give you a good overview of UX design and learning from both best practices and pitfalls.
