React Native is getting slimmer through the Lean Core initiative. In this talk, you'll learn how we decided to remove the long-neglected and fractured WebView from React Native, built a community around it, and merged hundreds of outstanding pull requests. I'll talk about the big benefits of moving to a community-supported model and what role React Native WebView plays in the ecosystem.
