My first ever NodeJS project was a shopping list app in 2012, using NodeJS 0.6. Next big update was in 2017 when I rewrote client using ReactJS. In 2018 it was finally time to rebuild the backend using AWS AppSync.

This talk is a deep-dive to AppSync and things I've had to learn along the way.
